Wondering if anyone on the Forum is a member of the local rambling group?

Quote
FOUR Easter-themed walks in Wiltshire have been organised by the Ramblers' Association from March 21-24.

The walks are part of a programme of free expert-led walks taking place across the South West this spring.

More than 250 walks are taking place throughout the country over the Easter weekend, of which 33 will take place in the South West.

Ruth Wembridge, of the Ramblers' Association, said: "What better way to celebrate the Easter delights of young spring sun, new shoots, buds, birds and bells than joining a free, expert-led walk through some of Britain's loveliest countryside."

Quite fancy joining up, as I love walking, and getting back to nature, but unless you have a willing friend to go hiking with it is not much fun on your own.
Not many of my friends are into walking in the day.  Would be a good way of getting fit.

Thats a different group CC... Wink

On topic though, The Ramblers over in North Somerset are quite odd. They take pruners and saws on walks! I fear. That said, I did offer to cut back the bridleway under the White Horse once, so I can see where they are coming from.
