good for you gill i do that all the time if they dont like it its tough really they make the rules and break them when they want so carry on ringing them i do my bin is now collected every two weeks at 7.30am as thats the time they are supposed to be collected and if they are late i ring and kick off and if they dont collect them as we have expierenced many times wait untill thursday afternoon and demand them out on a friday when they are due in bradford on avon they have to come out and causes them more inconvience so your problems will cease quite quickly its a system that can be overcome

I'm really not sure about this i think it goes by the size of your house if you have a flat, two bedroom or three bedroom one bin four and over two bins has if you have a four bedroom house its taken you have more people living in the house So more rubbish. Mind you i have noticed a two bedroom house nearer me has one big one and a medium size bin something you find in a bedsit place or something.

you can choose what size bin you wanted when they first came out.... my nan chose small as did my parents we had the ordinary one as we were a family of 5 ....( i rarely got everything in the bin and often had to shove one of the kids in to stomp it down ) joke !! seriously i was always squashing it down or taking a trip to the dump the houses by me are the same as mine 3 beds and some have 2 bins...like al say you can buy them....or go out n nick 'em which im sure a few people are doing it depends on what you want i think small or large...but if you want more o rhave yours stolen then you have to pay for them
