One is saying you are Mike lol, of course lids will not be delivered for people to change , you should recieve your new bins shortly , should people not wish to take part in this new scheme, there is no need for them to take part , and if they wish to contact the waste control at wiltshire council , to let them know , then a new bin will not be delivered to that address.the scheme is entirely optional to all residents and alot will not have room for such a number of bins , and the council are looking into where a block of flats etc are concerned to provide communal bins.
