If Wiltshire Council continue with their ill thought out car parking charges then our towns will die a slow death.

Government and councils need to accept that cars in rural areas are a necessity. Increasing car park charges will not make people use public transport.

Public transport would need to be cheap, regular and accessible in order to get people to use it.
