in a 100 years will it really matter

« on: October 22, 2011, 12:23:14 »

I have an elderly Dining Table and Dining Chairs that, like me, are getting a little creaky at the edges. The table needs a little strengthening to the legs as do the chairs. Its not major work, but i cant seem to find a good, restorer to do the job other than craftsmen who appear to want to charge three times the value of the table and chairs. Anyone got any ideas

buy a new table and chairs , depending on the value of the current one you have , will have to be weighed up , but furniture restorers are  a expensive  way of just strengthing the set up . I have used restorers before but only on a piece that is vialble.
