do they not realise that customers are important and to be chatting away on the phone whilst serving is very annoying!!!

I've got differing opinions of that place, I only go when I'm back at my parents, but you either get the chaps who chat away on their phones or the ones that are cheery and make polite conversation.

They've got a checklist for providing good customer service next to the till....if you so much as glance at it while they're serving, you'll notice a sudden change in their manner if they clock you taking a look.

Do they work the garages in gangs.. they seem to change the staff all at once, nobody ever seems to leave on their own, they all go together.
