If you have an accident in a work place/ School, is it a legal requirement to get an accident form filled in straight away?

Just surprised that Morgans School have not filled in one yet after he broke his foot there, He did not tell them straight away, so can understand it not being done immediately, but he has been in School since almost daily on his crutches

Contact the school. Presumably the accident happened there, and insist they complete an accident report (even ask for a copy for yourself).

If they refuse or fail to do so within a short period, contact County Hall and ask to speak to the Safety Department. Report the accident and ask them to investigate. They are normally very helpful!

I did contact the School and they said that it would be done on Morgans return, but it has not yet.

I said I was surprised they were not more interested.
