You don't look too happy in that pic Nigel.  Smiley

I like the Mighty Boosh signature as well. Just noticed it.

I hope so.. I was looking at some photos yesterday of the snow we had in January, a brilliant couple of days off work with loads of time to just walk in it, along with a lot of other people you never see walking anywhere - bring it on I say!

Is that warminster road looking back to westbury by the "cedars"  some time during the war as that looks like army tyre tracks in the snow?

We may get a taster late this week!

It will certainly get much colder, though sunny/frosty, by Wednesday.

Excellent news. Bring on the snow! I love it.
Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of it please. A blizzard each week throughout the Winter would be nice thank you.

We'd better shut down schools and public transport just in case there is a flurry later in the week.

Yes, the Cedars would be at the top of the hill on the left. the photo has "1941" handwritten on the back, but no month or date. I came across it looking for something in my late mothers momentoes

Well, the 2 coldest November days I have recorded in 8 years of taking temperature readings and 1cm of snow on the ground
here in Warminster - that will probably freeze solid by the morning!
