We were being zapped today by two members of the public in High Viz coats, in Silver St Lane, Trowbridge, I turned around thinking they were videoing drivers, as it certainly looked that way......

They assured us the Police had lent them the relevant equipment for doing speed checks.....

Never seen this before.

A lot of villages use them.. they don't have any power but I believe they report anyone caught speeding to the police who then send the owner of the car a letter about it.

No, not your average citizen doing it, only ever the Police......

Why do they all fit into the same box?
