Have you been on you tube lately to watch your favourite music video or other only to find out that its been blocked from your viewing in this country Angry
It seems as though its been taken over now by the tv companies,ie channel 4 + 5.
So much stuff now is sensored or blocked that it has ruined this site,or is it that companies are only protecting their assetts

A couple of months back I was listening and watching a song but last week I found lots of stuff had been taken over by Vevo and the song i'd been watching previously has been taken off.
I wonder where it's all leading.

There needs to be a proper International agreement as it is annoying.
Working the other way, international viewers of my blogs can't view BBC iPlayer links.

I haven't had time yet to experiment with products like this

so that I can watch my favourite American tv shows. I don't think disguising your ip region is exactly illegal but I doubt the tv companies encourage it.

Just an aside - Channel 4 have posted the Father Ted episodes on YouTube.

eg.

I have come across this alot lately on music videos like Depeche Mode videos it's all due to who owns the said video rights you can watch live depeche video's but not the realeased versions to the single but some do slip through the net i upload video's on you tube only Early Simple Minds home made ones with slide show although every simple minds videos are on you tube The cure are on vevo which i think slip through who owns the rights to them.
