If you had the money, the time, and the inclination, what business would you set up in the Town or surrounding area?    I ask because I was reading an old thread from a then new member who was toying with the idea of opening a games store in Westbury,  your response to this was mainly positive, but her idea has not materialised yet.

What would you like to see in Town?

Hi CC,
according to my son it is very well known in the area but I won't give details here.
Chippenham used to have one near the Cinema and I'm sure there are lots of others hidden away. I'm honestly no expert, never appealed to me, but several of my son's friends have been and don't seem to regard it as anything odd.

I did go to a strip club in London with mates when I was about 19 - one of the most expensive and unerotic experiences of my life!

Oh, not you CC!!
I can't udnerstand why anyone would want to sell themselves off as a commodity but thats probably more to do with my upbringing, the fact I am not totally broke, and that I dont have a drug habit, and , of course, that no-one whould want to pay to sleep with me  Grin Grin Grin Grin

Trowbridge is not bad for shops, we have Lidls up the road from us which is good for essentials but I cannot get everything required in there, we have a few shops for adult/childrens clothing, plus SK fruits, we have some games shops etc, and I am not sure it is particularly missing anything in the Town.

In some places the same girls work all day, and can be quite tired at the end, especially if it has been busy. Other places work a shift system with the girls changing mid / later afternoon.

These places tend to have busy and quiet times during the day. Lunchtime / early afternoon is fairly busy, often there is a quiet period from 5 - 7 and then an evening rush.

 Undecided

How any woman can degrade herself to this level is beyond me.  Whilst I understand desperation for money this surely has to be an all time low.

I don't think I can be the only one that feels Trowbridge gets much more investment than towns like Westbury. You have two shopping centres, a good toy shop, W H Smith's, loads of clothes shops, a big new Sainsbury's just about to open and I could go on. At the Swimming Pool meeting, several people said how Westbury keeps loosing things and has to fight hard for even what it has.
