Car has failed the MOT on welding needs and two tyres need replacing.

Anyone know the cheapest place locally for the tyres, I have a feeling it is PRO tyres in Station RD, also does anyone know of a local welder?

Would rather pay someone who does it on the side rather than a Garage.

Just trying to find the cheapest option Maxi, someone who perhaps does it from home cash in hand as opposed to a garage which I assume would be more expensive  Undecided
