A new barbers has opened in the High Street. This flyer came through my door today.

I am always a bit wary when prices "start from".
Presumably the actual cost is displayed before you order?

the leaflet which too came through my door was interesting!
I had a look at the price list in the window earlier the prices on the leaflets are for head shaves only, that does not really represent the true prices which can be misleadling , but fair enough to them it has stated from!.
Personaly as a competiton shop we welcome them as competition is healthy and will continue to offer the best service and value for money Banana Blues will of course still price match as we have  always done  with confidence of offering the best in town And continue to be at the heart of westbury town in all we do

why are your prices higher in your warminster shop then mike?

if this new barbers pushes prices down nothing wrong with a bit of healthy competition,we should welcome it with open arms even if banana blues has to drop its prices.dog eat dog in my book.

Mucker you  seem to be getting my stance completly wrong!
I have spoken to Ashley who runs AJH barbers and wished him well, I have also stated competition is healthy, so where your angle is coming from I do not know?
As for Banana Blues in warminster the prices they charge are 55p higher on the gents only cuts, this is down to the running costs of operating in a town such as Warminster where the rents are thrice higher than in Westbury ie Westbury A unit would on average cost 6-7K A year to rent whereas Warminster will be on average 12 -30 k per anum. so A you may gather they still offer the best prices in Warminster.
Dog yes eat dog is a different way of putting it and I agree with you.
And as for Banana Blues in warminster that now is a seperate company from Westbury's Banana Blues run now and owned by a New company director which has no relation to me we merly work together as a collective where the only say I have over their practice is not to abuse my trademarked name and is run in accordance with the same standards as Banana Blues westbury, and the prices in Westbury are still the same as they have always been so Banana Blues in westbury will not be dropping prices because we are still the same good value and have only now been matched by price which is a good thing  although once a year we do an offer for our birthday where we will place offers on

I don't knock any local business but he looked a bit lonely in there today. Not one customer in the hour or so I was in the Visitor Centre this afternoon.
