I don't know the right answers but could have a stab at all three...

1. A wartime satchel of some description, looks similar to a 'bum-bag'.
2. Part of a beer/wine brewing kit.
3. The radiator/grill from a tractor.

2 quotes by me....
- Nature is wonderful, you just need the time to stop, look and listen.
- Look up, you never know what you may see.

1) Some sort of attachment to keep horses in the dark, actually, nope, I reckon its after a bull has been de-horned you put it on (the bull) to keep the flies off
2) Its a wasp trap, I have one that looks just like it (none of my demijohns look like this, although you could feasibly make distillation kit using it)
3) An ashtray from a cinema circa 1955

(by the way - its illegal to home distil in this country - dont tryi it, itll kill you)
