A local artist is holding an exhibition during the Wyle Valley Art Trail 2009. His work will be displayed at the GWRSA pub (opposite Westbury train station). The works are abstract technical drawings and are on show from the 30th May- 7th June from 10:30am - 5:30pm. GWRSA will be open during these times for refreshments if you wish to purchase them. The artist Steve Youens has been published on the Wyle Valley Art Trail and his artwork was described as 'Unusual and intriguing pieces, to give the viewer hours of visual pleasure and a feast for the eyes.' This is a review of his work by the website, he is one of the only 'Drawing Artists' on the Westbury trail and would appreciate all the support. Prints of the art work are up for sale during the week along with some of Mr. Youens published writings.

There a few reasons mainly it has a nice space which is next to the train station and the majority of people who go on the Wyle Valley Art Trail use the train, therefore we should hope for a good turnout. Also it is sort of a family location and comes with alot of nostalgia for the artist and everyone supporting him.
