Phone Numbers GivenWith recent insurance issues I've needed to call my insurers a number of times. I had only been given an 0870 number which is costly. However when they called me it was from a landline number - guess which one I'll be using now! Why do we, the customer, only get given 0870/0845 etc when landlines are available?
