Does anyone know a skilled seamstress?!

I have one very beautiful and much loved little bridesmaid dress which is need of repair.

I would not attempt this myself as it is the chiffon material which is damaged, ripped.

Would rather get a local person to do it and pay them rather than take it to a shop.

Thanks in advance.

It is that top layer of chiffon on little ones dress that is the problem.   Both girls wore their dresses the other day but I had to pin Alenas to hide the rip would love it restored to its original glory.
