Not at all Bob.. It was all about a thread that was re-instated, it had gone way off topic and no longer applied. Also the author requested that it be removed. |

Well the 'missing thread' thread referred to another thread that went missing which seemed to me that someone was trying to (successfully) retract from what they said or appeared to do.

look bob i removed the scenario if you fell over in a supermarket thread, as i felt it was in the past someone had a problem with this and whinged that they wanted to make a comment on it , that person had a vested interest in that comment ie they either work for that company or another person who is  , they then started their own thread about a missing thread , and on there they stated they wanted to make a comment, i responded that they could make their comment then!, they did not despite several requests, I THEN ASKED THE MODERATORS TO PLACE THE THREAD BACK ON, which they did, this person still did not make their comment this only led me to believe they only wanting to goad me into naming the store which i had stated i would not i then said i had tracked their ip address which i hadnt to flush them out and then they requested i presume to request their departure, end of story, so i dont know quite what your problem seems to be as there is nothing untoward going on whatsoever , they where not going to make their comment either way and was only out to get one thing was me naming the store publicaly, that was not going to happen and I could have if i wanted to!, perhaps that person became scared for their own postion considering what they realesed earlier than they should have. i have since removed the thread myself not the mods again as this could become quite silly, and serves no pupose apart from apathy all round that is the story the end!, no conspiracy or underground workings |

Fair enough Mike, I wasn't really interested in the 'scenario' thread. It was more the fact that threads/posts seem to get removed/deleted for no apparant reason. (don't ask me for specifics). I find this frustrating especially when I have replied or added a comment to a deleted thread.
I am not specifically aiming this comment at you, but to perhaps stop this happening so often, and I know the admin/mods will say it doesn't, members should think more carefully about topics they start and comments they might post.
And CC, if the original thread is back, I can't find it.

the original thread which was restated mentioned by cc, i removed it again as it was causing to much controversy with a certain member, who still did not post their comment, so i simply removed it my self as i was the one that started the thread |
