In reality this last week or so has been pretty difficult to sum up and has left me reflecting on life in a major way.  Without wanting to give any details away on a public forum, I have had the earth shattering news from two friends, which has changed their lives in a flash, a cruel twist of fate, a gut wrenching happening which has left families devastated, their friends wondering how best to support them.

I have felt utterly devastated for both and have found myself wondering more so what the hell is life all about and why do some people have to suffer so.

All I can say is that life is fragile.   Hold close to you the people who matter and take time to treasure them.  Extend some warmth to the people who need not matter, the stranger in the street, a smile, a polite gesture, anything that makes life a little warmer for someone.

Sending you all Seasons Greetings, and all the best for a Happy Healthy and prosperous New Year.xxx
