Did anyone brave the weather this weekend?  Steve was intending on taking the girls to the Warminster Lions but was put off by the weather,not surprisingly!!!

Such a shame when the weather mars these events.

Anyone going to any other local displays?  I know Westbury Juniors hold their own display, went there last couple of years..........

We went to the Warminster Lions one on Saturday. Put off by the weather?Huh It was but a passing shower!!   Roll Eyes

Seriously though there was hardly anyone there - did feel sorry for the organisers.

We normally go to the Bratton display, which is on Wednesday 5th. Torchlight procession, Bratton Silver band and then the best firework display I have seen locally.  Thumb up!

I had heard the Bratton display is supposed to be one of the better ones.   Might have to try it out.

The one at Broughton Gifford is rumoured to be the best in west Wilts - plus there's a bar. Fireworks and alcohol - is there any better combination?
