Heat and ventilation they say, but it's awfully difficult to do that I find.
We have morning condensation on the windows, but it soon clears, if not I wipe them all down when its really cold outside.
By mid morning they are usually dry as a bone.

Really? I did look at buying a dehumidifier, but not sure it will be that effective unless there is one in each room.

It's something that happens in cold weather. Warm moist air in the house condenses on cold windows. Not a huge amount you can do other than invest in a dehumidifier.
