From a practical, healthy living perspective: then I'm thinking more along the lines of a balanced chicken salad or maybe a typical Asian rice dish or something...

Hi all I'm back couldn't stay away, hasn't it been nice today bright sun down here, B**** cold now though.
Fish & Chips, pickled onions, with a big fat pickled cumber (a Wally to us Londoner's)& to top it off a big blob of tomato sauce
